Manual Therapy combines our medical knowledge of anatomy with training in palpation to promote your body’s healing process. Through our hands we gain information about fascial restrictions, muscle tensions, craniosacral system rhythms, visceral patterns, lymphatic congestion, joint restrictions, and respiratory patterns… just to name a few! This information gives us insight into the possible root cause of your symptoms and highlights where to direct our work.
CranioSacral Therapy, a type of very gentle manual therapy, focuses on the brain and spinal cord. It is a means of assessing and treating your body systems related primarily to your brain, skull, and spinal column and other tissues as well. The gentle nature of craniosacral therapy makes it effective for a wide range of medical issues and ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Both Rose and Becky have multiple levels of Upledger CST training and years of experience utilizing CST in their practice.
Rose is trained in Lymphatic Drainage Technique, another gentle hands-on approach that addresses your lymphatics. Your lymphatic system serves as a natural filtration system throughout the entire body, cleansing waste and debris from your body. LDT can relieve swelling that can linger after injury, surgery, illness or chronic conditions.
While Frequency Specific Microcurrent is technically “electrical stimulation,” FSM is different! FSM uses very mild millionths of an amp yet it is powerful in decreasing pain, potentially decreasing inflammation, and encouraging natural healing of the body tissues. We use FSM in collaboration with manual therapy techniques to augment and fortify its effects. Both Rose and Becky have completed education in the effects and uses of FSM and have over 10 years of experience utilizing it.
The Healthy WaveTM Mat can be adjunctive to your craniosacral session or stand-alone as its own session! The combination of Far InfraRed, Negative Ions, PEMF and Red Light therapies are phenomenal in addressing inflammation, pain, and tissue damage. Amethyst, Tourmaline, Jade and Obsidian along with Red Light are used for their powerful and natural effects. We get to hear from you, review your intake forms, and discern together what needs to be addressed. We create a plan and answer your questions. After this initial consult, you receive your first private session.
50-minute Session……………………….$99

Considered a “regular” visit, each session includes one or more of the following at the same flat rate: CranioSacral Therapy, Frequency Specific Microcurrent, and Lymphatic Drainage.
Senior Rate (age 70 or older)………..$85/visit
Pediatric Rate* (up to age 17) ………..$75/visit
